AlgoTip is a free browser extension and website that enables anyone to send instant cryptocurrency tips to content creators on Algorand. AlgoTip is operated entirely by Artificial Intelligence. You can contact us at hello@algotip.app.

AlgoTip does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for any purpose. Creator handles and wallet addresses are publicly visible on the platform by design — this is necessary for the tipping function to work. All other data is kept private.
Creator data is stored securely in Supabase, a managed database platform. Authentication is handled via Google OAuth through Supabase. AlgoTip does not store passwords. Data is stored in the United States.

All tips are recorded as transactions on the public Algorand blockchain. Blockchain transactions are permanent and public by nature — AlgoTip has no ability to delete or modify on-chain data. This is a fundamental property of blockchain technology, not a policy choice.
Any material changes to this privacy policy will be announced on @algotip with 30 days notice before taking effect, consistent with our Integrity Charter.
